We ship worldwide. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–15 business days depending on your location. Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Returns & Refund Policy
We stand behind the Lurvani Ritual Mask with a 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you're not happy with your results for any reason, contact us within 30 days of receiving your order and we'll make it right — no hassle, no complicated process.
To start a return, email us at manuelmaletti@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 24–48 hours with next steps.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in their original packaging
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days after we receive the item
Damaged or Wrong Item?
If your order arrives damaged or you received the wrong item, email us immediately with a photo and we'll send a replacement at no cost to you.
